It is an essential tool in every society, since it fosters in individuals the generation of knowledge, innovation, creativity and the ability to solve problems.
A society that aims for sustainable development, promotes and guarantees resources for future generations. That is why today development must go hand in hand with research, together they optimize the different resources they have to obtain better results.
From the CIGIR we promote applied, cooperative and inter-institutional research that seeks the identification, characterization and diagnosis of physical, social and institutional factors that represent valuable inputs to provide solutions and innovative and responsible proposals to the problems faced by societies today. Our projects and services promote sustainability as part of the integral approach we give to the challenges posed.
